Approximately 30 parents and students came to Long Elementary to make bowls for the Empty Bowls project. Our wonderful art teacher, Ms. Thomas, facilitated a wonderful lesson and provided support as families made two bowls each. One bowl was to donate and one bowl was to keep. The annual District sponsored Empty Bowls event will be held in November.
